I work from peaceful therapy rooms in central Richmond, ten minutes from the main line station with good links to central London. I also offer online sessions and both body psychotherapy and psychosexual and relationship therapy have proved effective working in this way.

Sessions last 50 minutes and cost £95 for individuals, £110 for couples. Although I will try to reschedule appointments in unforeseen circumstances, I have a 48-hour cancellation policy.

Therapy can be short term or open-ended/longer term according to your needs. We will agree a regular weekly appointment time where possible.

An initial session will include taking some health and medical information, discussing your reasons for coming and establishing our agreements for working together. This will be followed by more in-depth history taking and then discussing a plan for working together.
